As a Climate Pioneer I hope to successfully promote and implement agricultural techniques so I can adapt to climate change. I have taken part in workshops on entrepreneurship, farm diversification, climate change adaptation, and repurposing of coffee by-products. I enjoy learning about entrepreneurship; it was great to go through training processes together with my peers who are excited to innovate and start a small business.
I am a young farmer holding a suitcase of dreams I want to fulfill. I have already started my own business venture offering professional services, as well as my coffee plot with diversification cultivation and climate change adaptation techniques, which I am particularly interested in. My farmer organization has helped motivate youth into the world of coffee. One way they have done so is by providing access to inclusive revolving funds and different training modules. One thing I have learned is how to improve my business and why I should not only depend on one source of income.
